Paramount Legal now practices law throughout the states of Missouri and Illinois! We assist our clients write the story of their life by creating estate plans, business plans, and any other plan their story may need. We also help our clients make any necessary revisions to their life story. Our aim is to give personalized, effective, first-rate service to all. We strive to communicate clearly, serve beyond expectations and produce high quality results. Our veteran legal team collaborates and coordinates the work done on each file so that every client receives the benefits of the decades of experience we bring to the table. Many of our referrals and new clients come from our already well-established clients. We take much pleasure in building new long-lasting friendships within our community.
JULIA L. GRAY
Julia L. Gray is the founder of our firm. The story of her legal career began in 1988 shortly after graduating cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Her passion for providing extraordinary legal services to ordinary people continues down to this day. In fact, she has added mediation services and practicing law in the state of Illinois to her story. Julia is also an experienced educator, having taught writing classes and seminars at all levels, including high school, college, MBA, and other professional programs. Julia L. Gray has also taught Business Law and Constitutional Law at local MBA programs.
When she's not working hard on behalf of her clients, she enjoys spending her time volunteering in her community. She works with organizations such as BAMSL Attorneys Against Hunger, Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis, Connections to Success, Humane Society of Missouri and The Little Bit Foundation. Julia L. Gray lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and three boys.
KAREN BOWMAN
Karen is one of our Senior Paralegals, concentrating on Estate Planning and Business Planning. She has experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. Karen received her B.A. Degree from Webster University and started her career at a major telecommunications corporation. Karen has a lifetime of experience both professionally and personally with corporate and business legal concerns, and personal experience handling estate plans and addressing elder law issues.
Karen enjoys traveling, book club, and time with family and grandchildren. She lives in Chesterfield with her husband, John and her mini-Australian Shepherd, Jewel.
Katelyn PARKER
Katelyn is our other Paralegal, focusing on Probate Law and Personal Injury. She has experience in Family Law and Criminal Law as well. Katelyn received her Paralegal Certification from the University of Auburn, and has assisted various attorneys in the practice areas mentioned above.
In her leisure time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and her two dogs, Baylor and Milo, near the water or just relaxing at home.
CINDY VINEYARD
Cindy is our Chief Operations Manager, hailing all the way from the West Coast. She has over 20 years of experience providing excellent office and legal support to different law firms across the country. She has assisted various attorneys in the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Estate Planning, Family Law, Local Government Law, Personal Injury, Probate, and Real Estate.
When she’s not busy with her duties at Paramount Legal, she enjoys doing volunteer work and taking her dog, Nyah, in search of new adventures and treating her to “cookies” at the local drive-thru coffee shop.
MEGAN DAVIS
Megan is our Client Appreciation Specialist. She adds a personal touch to the work done here at Paramount Legal by sending cards to our clients on birthdays, holidays and other special events. Additionally, Megan assists Julia with other tasks as needed.
Outside of her work at Paramount Legal, Megan is an undergraduate nursing student at St. Louis University. She is originally from Minnesota and spends her spare time hiking, baking and traveling.
